Spectral faceguard
A gift from Neitiznot's Burgher enhanced with the jaw of a Basilisk.
The Spectral faceguard is the head piece of the spectral armour set. It carries the Neitiznot faceguard's bonuses, and nothing more.
It is one of the five armour pieces, so every one you wear makes the set's Phase and Wraith's echo stronger - as long as you are holding a Spectral whip or a Spectral scythe.
Getting one
It comes out of the Spectral mystery box and nowhere else. The box drops from Spectral Bandos, is sold at the Donator Store counter, and is one of the two boxes the Halloween sale gives away. Tradeable; the General Store will not buy it.
