Spectral whip
A weapon from the Abyss, embedded in a slimy tentacle.
The Spectral whip is one of the two weapons of the spectral armour set. It carries the abyssal tentacle's bonuses, and nothing more.
You must hold it or the Spectral scythe for the set effect to work at all. It has the Binding Tentacle special attack, and it never runs out of charges.
Getting one
It comes out of the Spectral mystery box and nowhere else. The box drops from Spectral Bandos, is sold at the Donator Store counter, and is one of the two boxes the Halloween sale gives away. Tradeable; the General Store will not buy it.
